Even when you know you are blessed, sometimes you get in your feelings. It happens. It is not that you don’t appreciate what you have or where you are in your life, you just don’t feel 100 percent. It is okay to feel that way. What you can’t do is stay there. Try to put a time limit on your negative feelings. If you still feel like you have a force field of negativity surrounding you, get into the remembrance of everything that is good in your life. You may not have everything you want, but if you have everything that you need, that is enough to reflect and redirect.
